PalmRoute LLC is founded

Cosmin founds PalmRoute LLC in Naples, FL and begins building the AI Phone Assistant from the ground up — purpose-built for the workflows and language of local service businesses, not generic enterprise software.

2025 · Launch

Going live across four industries

PalmRoute launches across Beauty Salons & Spas, Construction & Trades, Real Estate, and Home Services — with the AI Phone Assistant and Automated Workflows products live and taking on clients.
